Karen Harrison emphasizes the importance of training the right way and takes injury prevention seriously. Originally from Brisbane, Australia, she trained as a podiatrist and has extensive experience managing overuse injuries. Karen has worked with IJGA for over 10 years as the Health and Athletic Development Director. She earned a prestigious Sports Nutrition qualification through the International Olympic Committee and has 12 years of experience in Golf BioDynamics. In her free time, she enjoys working out, spending time with friends, and lives by the motto, “eat well, travel often.”

Knowledge of health, golf biomechanics, and exercise science can aid in performance enhancement, injury prevention, and college preparation for young golf athletes.
