Grant Balcke from Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, Australia attended the University of Southern Mississippi as a member of the Men’s golf team prior to returning to Australia to commence his PGA of Australia traineeship at the famed National Golf Club in 2005. As the only Internationally based Graduate of the Australian PGA in the history of the PGA Grant graduated in 2007 from his home base of the Keppel Club in Singapore. He turned Pro in the PGA of Australia 2007 and has over 17 years of experience. After graduating from the PGA of Australia in 2007 Grant resided in Singapore where he was the Junior Development Manager of the Asian Golf Institute for 3 years before ultimately becoming a part owner and the Director of Instruction of the leading golf Institute in Singapore. After 7 years in Singapore Grant relocated to IJGA where he has held positions as Coach, Senior Coach, Director of Training and now ultimately the Director of Golf Performance & Instruction. In addition to his extensive work in Junior Golf Grant has also worked in depth with players on the PGA Tour, European Tour, LPGA Tour, Asian Tour, Canadian Tour. Grant enjoys the long term athletic development process along with the daily challenge of helping the player body at IJGA understand the process and adherence to the long term plan for future success.
