Adam McKinlay is an award-winning Specialist Coach and a proud member of the PGA of Great Britain and Ireland. Originally from Chinhoyi, Zimbabwe, Adam brings over two decades of experience in operating elite golf academies across the UK and South Africa.
Most recently, he served as Director of Golf at Loretto School, Scotland’s oldest boarding school and the United Kingdom’s leading independent school golf academy. Prior to this, Adam co-founded McKinlay Reid International School, a Cambridge International School based at South Africa’s premier golf estate, Fancourt. Graduates of this school golf programme have gone on to earn accolades in NCAA Division 1 golf, compete in the Palmer Cup, and advance to professional careers on the Sunshine and Korn Ferry Tours.
Throughout his career, Adam has mentored, coached, and inspired junior golfers to surpass their own expectations. He is deeply committed to continuous improvement and focuses on helping athletes develop the performance behaviors and skills necessary for long-term success.
