John Daly II Wins Blessings Collegiate Invitational

World Amateur Golf Rankings No. 61

University of Arkansas

IJGA alumnus John Daly II added another major highlight to his collegiate career, capturing the individual title at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational held at the University of Arkansas’ home course in Fayetteville.

John posted rounds of 73, 72, and 69 to finish at 2-under par (214), securing a decisive victory on familiar ground. The win also came at the same course where he lifted the Southern Amateur trophy earlier this summer, underscoring his growing comfort and success on one of the most challenging college venues in the country!

His performance helped lead the Arkansas Razorbacks to a 17-stroke team victory over Louisville, with five Razorback players finishing inside the top 11— including fellow IJGA alumnus Gerardo Gomez, who fired a final-round 67 with seven birdies, contributing crucially to the team win.

With this result, Daly has climbed to No. 61 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR), marking his highest career position to date.

The IJGA community celebrates John’s continued success and the hard work that brought him here. If you’re ready to take your next step, explore IJGA and join an academy where champions are made!
