Warissara “Mind” Puangcharoen started playing golf when she was 11 years old. She has finished in the top 10 in every International Junior Golf Tour (IJGT) event she’s played in this season and closed out the fall season with a second-place finish in the IJGA Invitational at Sea Pines. During the IJGA Invitational, Puangcharoen shot par 72 in round one on the Ocean Course. The 18-year-old, who lists Rory McIlroy as her favorite golfer, will continue her golf career next fall as a member of Northern Michigan University’s inaugural varsity squad.
