We identify each contact in our database with tags relating to how they became a lead, where they are located and actions they have take with us such as filling out web forms, separating contacts for split testing effectiveness, talking with recruitment agents, requesting to not receiving emails, among other actions.
When you request information, we route you to the sequence of emails in a campaign that corresponds with your top interest that you selected in a web form submission. When you become a customer, we annotate your record with the product purchased, the amount, the details of the transaction, the agent who worked with you, and add you to a fulfillment campaign to collect the remaining money due, provide communication in accordance with the training package your purchased and provide internal alerts so our team can serve you.
