Performance Training at IJGA includes physical conditioning, mental conditioning and nutrition.

IJGA origins are founded on an intense focus on enhancing the performance of our golfers with better athleticism, better mental techniques, better nutrition.

The goal is consistent peak performance. It’s not only about fine-tuning movements and strength but also about sharpening mental acuity while dealing with competition and distractions. Maintaining focus and concentration is a significant hurdle to clear for the most successful golfers.

Performance Training is a major slice of your commitment to excellence and of our commitment to helping you achieve your goals. It’s training and development designed to achieve superior athletic performance and success.

Nutrition & Health

How much you put out has a lot to do with what you put in. Students are educated in the importance of good nutrition for building and maintaining their strength.

We know how important it is to provide the proper nutrition to our student-athletes. By providing three well-balanced meals a day, seven days a week, students are able to maintain strong, healthy bodies as they continue to grow.

Healthy, nutritious meals are provided either at housing, at one of the Golf Clubs, catered, or on weekends, at local restaurant partners. When traveling to weekend tournaments, healthy meals are always provided .

See it for yourself!

Don’t just take our word for it, come see the expansive performance center for yourself! Schedule a tour and a member of the IJGA team will introduce you to all the equipment and technology we have available for our students.
