Aniruddh Kedlaya, IJGA’s sole representative in the AJGA Senior Showcase, tied for third place! Kedlaya improved on his previous day’s score in each of the three rounds shooting 76-73-70 for a 219 tournament total. The three-day, 54-hole event was hosted at Innisbrook Golf Club in Palm Harbor, Fla., on February 13-15, 2016. Held exclusively for Class of 2016 high school seniors before the spring signing period, the AJGA Senior Showcase featured 78 junior golfers from 18 states and 17 countries.
Also competing in Florida over the weekend, Arjun Puri (4th) and Angela Aung (T6) had impressive finishes in the Golfweek Junior Tour event at Rio Pinar. The two-day, 36-hole event was hosted at Rio Pinar Country Club in Orlando, Fla., on February 13-14, 2016.
